Outstanding Young Educator Award
Nominees for the ASCD Outstanding Young Educator Award should be preK-20 education professionals, 40 years of age or younger, who demonstrate exemplary commitment and exceptional contribution to the profession. The winner will receive a check for $10,000, recognition throughout the worldwide education community, and a trip to the ASCD Annual Conference in March 2013 for two (including registration, travel, hotel, and meals). The winner will also receive an ASCD Institutional Membership for his or her school or district.
